• Leaves are a rounded heart-shape and have some corrugation at maturity.
• Tetraploid sport of H. 'Warwick Essence' which is a hybrid of [H. 'Northern Halo' x H. plantaginea].
• The result is a fragrant blue-green hosta that blooms earlier than most fragrant hostas.
• Can handle quite a bit of sun in the northern states although this compromises the blue foliage.
• Large fragrant white flowers appear in mid to late summer.
